Why a tri-fold flyer instead of a letter?
A tri-fold flyer keeps the personal, handwritten feel of a letter but removes the envelope, so there's no barrier between the recipient and your message. It also gives you more printable space than a standard letter, and details like the handwriting-style font and gold seal keep it from reading like a bulk mailer.
Do the flyers actually look handwritten?

Can I choose the paper?
Yes. Tri-Fold Flyers come in multiple paper options, and you choose your stock when you build your order, so you can match the look and feel to your campaign and budget.
What's the difference between First Class and Standard?
First Class delivers faster (generally 1–5 day delivery) and returns undeliverable mail, which keeps your data clean. Standard Class costs less per piece and takes longer to deliver (generally 5–20 day delivery).
Can I use my own list?
Yes. Upload your own list or have us build you a targeted mailing list. Every order runs through NCOA and address verification before printing so you're not paying to mail bad addresses.
How fast will my order mail?
Orders mail within 3 business days of proof approval. Larger or recurring programs can be scheduled — talk to us if you need a specific in-home date.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is 200 mailers. Need to send fewer? Open Letter Connect lets you trigger one-off and low-volume mailers on demand — no minimum. Per-piece pricing here drops as volume increases; see the volume pricing table above.
