Make sure you are scanning the correct barcode. All of our mail pieces have a black barcode printed directly under the recipient’s address as shown below.
This barcode is usually covered with a yellow return sticker which is used by the USPS. You will need to peel off the yellow return sticker to be able to scan the proper barcode.
