How do I place an order?

Navigate to the product/service that you're interested in purchasing, complete the required information and upload any documents as necessary.  Select a quantity and click 'Add to cart'.  You can select additional products/services by following the same process.  Once you're ready to check out, click 'Checkout' at the top right of the page or click 'View Cart' on a product page.  Once in the cart, you will be guided through the ordering process.  You will also be able to 'Create an account' to keep track of your orders.

How do I order a campaign with multiple mailing dates?

Download the Lead Template and input your leads. Enter the week number that you want your mail to go out in Columns O-U. For instance, if you order a 4 mailer campaign and want the mail to go out every other week, your would input Week #1, Week #3, Week #5, and Week #7 at the top of Columns O-R.  You can then place an 'X' on the row next to each prospect that you want to be mailed for that week's mailing.  Once complete, you can go through the steps for the Campaign product and upload your Lead File. 

Once we receive your order, we will save your Lead File in our Google Drive.  We will send you a link to the file so you can make edits, comments and remove leads in order to keep track of your mailings and so that we have an updated file to avoid mailing to someone who has asked to be taken off the list.

What are the differences between first class and standard postage?
  • First class mail is processed by the USPS with the highest priority. It is typically mailed locally within 1-2 days and mailed nationally within 4 days. If you’re mailing to an addressee who has moved, the USPS will forward the letter at no additional cost. And if the mail is undeliverable, the USPS will return your mailer and include the reason why.
  • Standard mail is not treated as a priority by the USPS. It is typically mailed locally within 1-14 days and nationally within 7-21 days. Standard mail is not forwarded if your addressee has moved and the USPS does not return undeliverable mail.
In what format and file type does my mailing list have to be in?

We accept Excel or Excel readable files. Download our Lead Template.

How do I know when my products/services have been completed?

You will receive email updates throughout the process so you know where your products/services are in queue.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

Is the website secure for credit card purchases?

We use PayPal to process our orders because it's one of the most secure ways to make payments online.
